Congratulations to Christina
We’d like to extend our congratulations to Christina. She has successfully gained employment during her time in Capital Xtra’s Music Potential programme. Christina is a singer and a mentor who has been through our employability programme about improving mindsets. She is now in a new role helping other young people to fulfill their potential.

So this month we’ve been working with Punch Records and Capital Xtra to deliver employability workshops, as part of the Music Potential programme, helping young people not in employment, education or training to understand how to break into the music industry.
What is Lyfeproof?
Lyfeproof – Finding creative ways to get young people life ready. Particularly through mindset. Explaining things that help you move forward in life or prevent negative outcomes. Creating experiences and invite people to join. Sharing knowledge across sports, arts, sciences, financial literacy, employability mental health & wellbeing.

Our Mission: Lyfeproof works to help young people towards well being. We aim to do this by what you see (online experiences with us), or what you feel (our events, workshops or programmes).
